• Copy of your valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID.
• Completed and signed Schengen application form for your chosen consulate.
• Two recent Schengen-specification passport photographs.
• Confirmed return flight booking and a day-by-day travel itinerary.
• Hotel bookings or proof of accommodation for the full stay.
• Personal bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months, stamped by your bank.
• Salary certificate and employment contract, or trade licence if self-employed.
• Travel medical insurance covering the Schengen area for the full trip.
• NOC from your employer where applicable, and sponsor documents if someone is covering your costs.
